Really good matcha taste and very rich, and the kit is so nice to have as you dont have to get a separate kit so it makes it seem very uniform and very pretty shade of blue

Beautifully pigmented color of the set. The yuzu grey is citrusy and a little goes a long way. Very potent

Horrible Customer Service

Until this point I’ve been such a firm Nami supporter. However, the literal same day my cracked bowl from the Yuzu set arrived- I emailed customer service only to hear back that it was just “typical of the handmade pottery process”. Over a week and a half later of emails and yet more pictures showing it’s an actual defect, still no response. I just want my money back.. so unbelievably disappointed.
