The best caviar and store!!!

For the past five years, I’ve regularly purchased red caviar from Global Seafoods, and the experience has been consistently outstanding - top-tier product quality and flavor, paired with exceptional customer care. A recent example: I ordered King Salmon Caviar – Premium Quality (this caviar is a pure perfection!). Due to a prolonged UPS delay, Global Seafoods proactively sent a no‑cost replacement and advised me not to consume the delayed shipment because the transit time had been unusually long. (For what it’s worth, the caviar from the delayed order still arrived in excellent condition.) Their responsiveness, integrity, and commitment to customer safety set a gold standard. In my view, Global Seafoods is the best by far - from product excellence to service, they deliver on every front.

after buying a trout caviar, this one pops and tastes perfect. to pop the trout caviar possible only with special tools because it is hard and slippery. this caviar was eaten in 5 days.

Disappointed

I have been buying red caviar from your company more than 10 years. I was never disappointed until 2 weeks ago. I had an impression that caviar that I bought is fresh and had been prepared this year. When I defrost it I noticed a very fishy smell. When I tried it the taste very salty and some of salmon eggs hard to bite. The visual appearance is very good: large eggs and color is amazing. But overall we are not satisfied with your product this time. I gave two stars because delivery was perfect.
