Premium Red Caviar - Chum Salmon Caviar

This ikura was absolutely delicious. Perfect balance of saltiness and discrete egg separation and texture. I wish the trays were about half the size, so I could refrigerate more. Nonetheless, a great feast that embellished artisanal local pokes and donburis.

The best red caviar I ever tried

This is my third time buying Chum salmon caviar, and I never been disappointed with the taste and quality. This caviar has a large whole eggs, not broken and it’s perfectly salty and flavorful. The delivery is great, everything arrives frozen with dry ice.
