Regalis made a mistake with my first order of the chicken with them not being properly insulated to keep them cool or below the danger zone threshold. I emailed them let them know of the mistake and they sent me five more chickens with amazing responsiveness. This is the best US online luxury dealer for meats, truffles, wild herbs, and vegetables, as well as other products on the Internet. I love this website and I can’t wait to order again.
