I think I’m starting to see more hair growth and less loss. I will continue on and see what happens!

The capsules are black and they arrived all stuck together. I have noticed no changes since taking them as directed. I was very upset that I was signed up for a subscription without my knowledge. I would not recommend!

It's kind of difficult to leave a review because I've been taking this product for less than a month.
