My Secret

I enjoy all the Morgan Ranch Wagyu beef I order but these are my secret weapon of choice when entertaining guest on spur of the moment, last minute invite. From simple tenderloin tips with sautéed mushrooms or asparagus to a more creative dish they just melt in your mouth.

Excellent for grilling

Melt-in-your-mouth experience. Use minimal seasoning for a rich beef flavor. Season with salt, pepper and a pitch of minced garlic to enhance its flavor. Grill in a cast iron pan with butter.
