Incredible Paris scissors. I do a lot of bird hunting these scissors literally cut through anything.

The black finish is more durable than I thought it would be, the shears are sharp and easy to clean, this is a very well made product.

Demo looks different

I bought these for turkey day, I had 20 turkeys to spatchcock and these didn’t work as well as they seemed in the video that I watched. Seems like you have to take small snips which made it a tedious process. I was disappointed.
