Happy new edition to my set

Not a chef, but it appears and feels to be built for professional. Love the look and feel. Looking forward to doing some butchering to try it out.

New to using cleavers

Not as sharp as i thought, however I'm still learning cleaver skills. I like this one, but a smaller one may be more useful for me.
