High quality product, lowest quality customer service. They did not update the shipping information so I had no idea that it had even shipped, let alone been delivered. (I was living in a hotel for work at the time.) Due to this fact I ended up having to purchase an alternate rack. When messaging their customer service about returning the rack, they just stopped responding after I asked about why they were charging me for the return shipping. I sent a follow-up email and they didn’t respond to that either. As much as I like their products, I will never purchase from them again.

Absolutely as described! Love how sturdy it is. Simple to install. Works amazing. Highly recommended over much more expensive alternates that just sell a namebrand!
