Not me mad about the molasses cookies! First of all the cookie is beautifully crafted and full of little crackles coated in crunchy sugar. Full of a generous amount of tasty just-one-more bite almost spicy sweetness! So wonderfully chewy in a good way. Beth’s molasses cookies tastes like an early start to the winter holiday season!
