Arm works well and mounting bracket is a perfect fit for my table setup.

great addition to LiftSync desk
I'm using the LiftSync Monitor Arms with a LiftSync Flex Roll and it makes a great combination. It does make my small Flex Roll a little top-heavy when the desk is at standing height but, it's been great so far
