The rope is good, but the practice is obviously what makes it valuable. Route flow makes for a good after meal activity, like going for a walk, to help burn off some of what was just consumed

Shipping was quick and to my surprise the rope came with a storage bag, sticker and postcard. Which wasn’t in the description. Quality of rope seems really good but it is my first rope.
