Real Food Shake

I absolutely love this meal replacement. I can’t use other brands because of artificial sweeteners or alternatives that upset my stomach. Most of them also have raspberry powder and I am allergic to raspberries. This was my ONLY option. It is a little pricey, but not when you consider how much actual food costs. My preferred way to have it is uses the original with unsweetened coconut water, a spoonful of high quality vanilla yogurt, some vanilla extract and fresh or frozen berries. Thank you for keeping it wholesome!

It has been working well for a meal replacement; my husband drinks it through the week at work for his lunch and really likes it.

Great taste! I like the original flavor, similar to an oatmeal flavor.
