Essentials Nutrition Shake

I have used this product for a few years now. I was a former Shakeology customer. I have great hair and skin and feel great. I'm sure this product is part of the reason.

Full of nutrients and flavor

I tried the essentials nutrition shake in the chocolate flavor and was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted. Add to the fact that it is full of so many nutrients, makes it an easy choice for breakfast or post workout meal.
