Great pistol mount
I am running a Marsupial gear bino harness and had a Glock G40 with TLR1 light and Leupold DPP attached underneath my harness. This is a big pistol and I had some concerns about how this would fit and if it would interfere with accessing my range finder pouch, since Im right handed both are on my right side. I used a Razco holster I had from my previous mounting system and it worked great. Harness doesn't stick out much farther from my chest, but I was surprised how much more comfortable it was not having it hanging down below my harness. I never really realized how much it got in the way before until I mounted it this way. I do have to pull my range finder out at a little different angle because the pistol grip sits pretty close to the top of my range finder pouch lid. But its not hard once you get used to it. Overall, this is a great mounting system, I have no complaints.

Great accessory that needs a little more description
This is a great idea that is well executed. I’m giving it 4 stars because more description is needed on exactly what type of holster is required to attach to the plate. It’s one thing to say that a particular holster is recommended, when it’s more accurate to say that only this holster, or another with a similar attachment method will fit. I have both Ivory and Blackpoint holsters, but neither work. The only holsters that will fit this plate will have attachment points cast into the back of the holster kind of in the area where the pistol sits in the holster. I contacted Dioni and he got back to me immediately with a couple of suggestions, although that means I need to buy a third holster for this gun. Still worth it for the needed use.
