I’ve been really impressed with the AAE Max Stealth vanes. For hunting, they’re a great combination of durability, stability, and dependable arrow flight. I like having a vane that I can trust when shooting broad heads and when hunting conditions aren’t perfect. They hold up well through practice, traveling, and time in the woods. I made 6 hunting arrows with these, they seem to fly fine. I cleaned the arrow shafts with alcohol, then placed alcohol on a q tip to wipe down each vane right before I glued it to the shaft. Then, I let it cure for 48 hrs. That has seemed to work without using their pen and glue.

I have been running AAE Max Stealth Vanes for several years now. They are quite and durable. If you do shoose these vanes you will also want to consider the AAE MAXweld Primer Pen. Without it your vanes will not stick. The Pen last a looooooooooooong time
