I’ve been searching for a spray magnesium to replace a powder supplement I’ve been using for years. I purchased this one and I have been using it every night and have slept great and wake up energized! Will definitely continue to use it!

I love it! Wasn’t sure at first but after only a few tries, I will be buying more of it. The first few days I sprayed on my feet at bedtime and put socks on and I slept so well. Than took off a few nights and slept fine but than did another two nights in a row and slept way better.

It helps with muscle cramps would recommend!, price is very affordable
