I initially received the AM/PM bundle. It was advertised as a weight loss aide. I did not find it useful in that way. But after several weeks, i did notice that my sleep did improve. So, I am continuing with the PM teas for now.

I’m still trying to determine what time of day to take this. Within 2 hours of bed causes me to need to get up several times during the night to relieve myself. If I drink a cup of the tea with lunch, I’m not sure it adds to my sleep quality / affects cortisol positively for sleeping. Mid afternoon (2:00-4:00) may be optimal. I’ve not tried it long enough to say whether that timing will work.
