Cortisol sleep tea

I was skeptical, but it works! I fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, hardly ever get up to go to the bathroom at 3:00 a.m. I still am using off and on the cortisol evening tea, only because I have to use it up. I will be ordering more of the cortisol sleep tea soon.

Works good and needs just a little improvement.

I appreciate that it doesn't have ashwagandha in it because it causes a bad reaction for me. I think it could have a better taste, it's a bit sour even with honey added. It's very dry and twiggy and kept falling out of the tea wand. It would be good perhaps in tea bags. On a good note, it did relax me and I had several good nights sleep with it.

I really like this tea. I think it taste great. I have it almost every night. I’m not sure. Actually if it helps with sleep it certainly doesn’t hurt and tell you that..
