I love this fish sauce! When I first tried it, I was surprised at how mild and unfishy it was. It just tastes salty and savory to me. I use it with everything. I dip cut vegetables in it. I sprinkle it on scrambled eggs and on baked potatoes. I add it to my homemade salad dressings. I add it to soups and stir frys. I use it anywhere I would add salt to make things taste just a little bit more interesting.
