Minomo Blacksmith Kurouchi Gyuto Knife No.9 230mm

Great knife. A few things to keep in mind: - you will need to pay customs (at least inGermany where I live). It is not a lot but will add to the Costa of the knife - you need to day it after washing, as the surface will corroded slightly quickly. Can be easily cleaned off but still worth considering - this is not stainless steel - there are nice instructions, with lonk to a video explaining how to sharpen the knife. I was successful on the first try but I am sure my skills will increase :) My thanks to the masters who keep the original Japanese tradition going.
