Knives I love to use

I ordered a 150 mm santoku knife (crafted by Master Toshio Nakamura) and then a 165 mm curved bunka (handcrafted by Masters of Nakamura Hamono family). The 2 knives are both well balanced and great to use. I also appreciate the sharpening stones that come with the knives. Thank you all for your commitment !

Terrific knife !

I love the way it cuts but I do wish it was easier to care for. Still, it really knocks out the work when dealing with a lot of chopping!
