Great company support!
Tempest support very responsive and helpful for my old unit with dead thermometer, they helped guide me to reduced price new unit and conversion of all data to new unit.

I ordered a Tempus weather station. The box was tampered and the hub and its power supply was stolen.
One Email and photos. The next day I received an Email. The missing pieces where shipped by Express USPS.
Good service is hard to find and I am old enough to know it when I see it. This business is the real deal. I belong to a few clubs that hold raffles. I will be buy a few more weather stations. How many $5 tickets would you buy for a directed raffle to win a weather station.
The station itself is easy to install. It is non technical. and the information it gives is easy to understand. A solid product.

Works great!
Received Tempest Weather Station as a Father's Day gift to myself. Arrived in a timely fashion. Easy to install and mount with the Universal Mounting Bracket which I purchased as well. Software works well and is easy to configure.
