Excellent Hub so far for my 12+ cameras to store recording on a 2TB SSD. Yes, that’s costing me around $450 by would have paid much more on separate SD cards for each camera for storage not to mention risking if camera is stolen recording will be gone with it. With this Hub, recording stays at my home inside and can view my cameras on TV or a Portable monitor.

Really easy to setup. 4k Video is really good, my previous system was 1080p. Instructions on installation were clear and concise. Howver, I did not see any way to modify the alerts and I have been getting all kinds of motion alerts. It would be nice to have zones that are exclude from detection, such as trees or bushes that sway in the wind. Also, I would like it, if there were better integration with the TP-link system or at least provide a app that would work on my Mac computer.

Absolutely terrible experience. My order is missing this central hub, and despite contacting the seller several times, I have received no updates, no explanation, and no response at all. The complete lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. Once they have your money, they seem to have no interest in resolving problems or even acknowledging them. I have wasted my time chasing them for answers and have been completely ignored. I will never buy from this seller again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid them as well. If your order arrives incomplete or something goes wrong, don’t expect any help. There are plenty of other sellers who actually care about their customers—this is not one of them.
