Tapo C660 Kit 4K Ultra HD Outdoor Pan/Tilt Security Camera with Solar Panel

Absolutely terrible experience. My order is missing 2 Tapo C660 solar cameras out of 4 and 1 central hub, and despite contacting the seller several times, I have received no updates, no explanation, and no response at all. The complete lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. Once they have your money, they seem to have no interest in resolving problems or even acknowledging them. I have wasted my time chasing them for answers and have been completely ignored. I will never buy from this seller again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid them as well. If your order arrives incomplete or something goes wrong, don’t expect any help. There are plenty of other sellers who actually care about their customers—this is not one of them.

Great camera love the tracking mode and i also love not having to change batteries with provided solar panel.

It did not charge however they are sending me a replacement
