Delicious! I had the great opportunity to dine with PARIS DINING CLUB in Minneapolis MN. The chef prepared bottarga in butter. I loved it…creating an amazing experience of rememberable flavors. This jar is perfect for pasta, eggs, or butter and it’s delicious!
