Training Sandbag

One of the best quality sandbags to add to my collection, tough as nails can even loaded farther than 46kg since they're some space inside for at least 5kg more sand even if the standard capacity is already enough dense, and with all those handles it van be used from the traditional exercises squat, press, deadlift,row,clean, clean and press,snatch, different variation of carrys as a farmers handle with the mid handles and ofcorse for a ton of ground to shoulder lifts,TOP!
