This is a repeat order for the birria and tinga. We loved those! This order I added in pozole. I would have loved to try the pozole verde but didn’t see it on the site. Maybe next time.

So easy and so delicious.
I confess to changing things a tiny bit , for example I had a tiny Touch of cornstarch at the end because my husband likes thicker sauces. And you can always add potatoes and or other vegetables part way through , authenticity is occasionally overrated LOL.

Perfect Pozole
I just made pozole with the ez bomb two nights ago. It couldn’t be easier and it couldn’t be more flavorful. I was a bit skeptical, but it tasted just like my Mom’s used to, and I didn’t have to find all the ancient dried chilies in my pantry. This is a great product.
