AWESOME
I had initially tried to get this shipped to canada using United States POSTAL Service. But I had reached a woman called "Amber" who was working from home, and wasn't aware that Z Packs could ship to canada using USPS..... long story short, I cancelled the phone call with her, eventually (later) reached Z Packs customer service at the warehouse / factory, and the guy shipped me two of these FOR FREE ! Now THAT is customer service. Awesome ! Well done !
