OUTSTANDING PRODUCT and SERVICE
We passed a gravel hauling truck that sped by us going the other way while heading to our camping spot. My wife heard a CRACK, and I saw a new growing line in my trucks windshield. We weren't the happy campers at this point, and when we got to the camp spot my wife noticed the front windshield on our trailer had suffered the same fate..... Once back home I called my insurance carrier and started a claim, finding my truck windshield was easy, the trailer, not so much. Nobody had anything that would fit, so I called the manufacturer back in Indiana for help. After some research they found the glass, which they no longer offer on their trailers anymore. I didn't want to put in the new windshield only to have it get damaged again while towing so I started looking for solutions on the INTERNET. I didn't want to layout over 400 dollars on a product that had some folks unhappy, and to measure my window, make a template, etc, so I kept searching and stumbled across trailersphere where another person mentioned them in a review of another product. I used the link they provided and called the phone number that was listed, and left a message. Not much longer they returned my call, asking me what make, model, etc, my trailer was. They said they didn't have any that would fit my brand and model, but we continued to talk. He then asked me to stay on the line as he went and searched online to see what my window looked like on my trailer and he found my exact model with the exact window. He said it looks exactly like one he has but for a different make, model, etc, but wanted to be sure so he asked if I could measure mine, as he stayed on the phone with me. With that information he then said he had one in stock that he believes will fit, and he shipped it out that very day. He gave me extra Velcro so I could install it on my cracked window just to be sure it would fit.... When I get my new window installed I will have enough material to put the new cover on it.....and did it fit, you bet, like a glove, and it took less than an hour to do it. I didn't have to make a template then wait weeks or months, or mess with any magnets, or other clips. The owner of the company, Avi, was so caring and wanting to help, and he did. We are now happy campers once again.... But don't wait until your window gets damaged, it will, as when I was cleaning the existing/damaged window on my trailer I was surprised to see how many other "pits" the glass had in it from what I assume was debris hitting it when towing.... it just took a bigger rock to get our notice.

We have not installed the glass cover yet because of weather. It does appear to be very well made and was exactly as I ordered. Looking forward to getting it on before we start camping.
