I personally didn't enjoy these sausages. They were exceptionally garlicky and sadly repeated on my digestion all day. I wasn't keen on the texture either. Very smooth with no fats released during cooking which made quite a dry sausage. Not at all what I was expecting from an Artisan sausage.

These are fantastic sausages bursting with fresh garlic flavour that perfectly complements the pork. Cook brilliantly, especially in an air fryer for 10 minutes!
