The best choice for healthy cooking

I didn't want to use chopsticks for cooking that had manmade chemical coatings. My online research into this subject matter has revealed that the chemicals do leach into food especially with the presence of heat. This is exacerbated by the fact that BPA is not the only culprit of endocrine disruptors, but rather a whole family of chemicals that are not banned and are present in every chemical coating. Cooking chopsticks will definitely be in the presence of heat. For these reasons, I decided on this pair of Tongs. The narrow tip makes grabbing food extremely accurate, close to being as good as chopsticks. A very sturdy set that does not bend like cheaper ones made with less/worse stainless steel.
