I order a 6-10 pound lobster it was not to lively. I figured it was almost dead so I cooked it right away! When I opened the tail up it was nothing but mush , barely a meat ! I cut open the claws and the meat was disintegrated to nothing! I looked at the body because you can usually get a lot of meat from it but nothing there. So I threw it in the garbage. A waste of $153!
