Great on the go-option for those with HI

As someone new to the world of histamine intolerance, but who lifts and exercises regularly, I was sorely missing an easy protein option. Whether as an on-the-go snack to get me between meals or something to help boost me over my protein target for the day, it's really great to have something that isn't going to contribute to a flare. I've been really happy with all the flavors I've tried!
