I was not impressed. Not very meaty and the taste was unremarkable. I can do much better locally.

Ribs were considerably smaller which is what other reviewers mentioned. They tasted pretty good but so little meat. It was decent but is likely a “one and done” for me. I used the 3-2-1 method in my smoker. That might a bit much for these ribs. Not bad, but not for me.

I was not impressed. Very little meat and I didn't notice a flavor difference from ribs I get from HEB.
