Great customer service… had a problem with black seal and they replaced the item….

Works great on typical PVC cap sewer drains, however,

Works great on typical PVC cap sewer drains. However with the sewer drains that have the metal, hinged covers, the camming handle on the unit interferes with metal cover thus preventing the ability to seal the hole. Not a big deal, just wanted to bring some awareness to the application.

Have not used it yet. I expect it will work fine.
