Mahoney Bottom Feeder

Great tool

Turning a bowl yesterday got to outside done. Turned it around. Used roughing gouge to start the inside then used this new bottom feeder. Worked great. Love these tools

Meticulously made

This is the best lathe tool I own by a wide margin. It came perfectly sharpened and ready to go. It cuts better than any other tool I’ve ever used. I’ll definitely be buying some more.

Bottom feeder

The bottom feeder is in our arsenal now. Haven't used it yet but it came nice and sharp like the rest of our tools from Carter and Son. The aluminum handle is just as solid and polished as the gouge. Love them.
