From the moment I opened the case I was blown away with the quality of these bits. Absolutely polished to perfection and beyond sharp. Once chucking one up in my drill press to see just how good they are,,, well I was so pleased with my purchase. There was absolutely no tear-out. Holes were clean and neat. No sanding needed to clean up the entry point of the holes… perfect!!! Highly recommend this product Wish I had another set!

Good drill

This drill starts slow. It takes a while for it to gain a grip in the wood and start cutting. The cuts it makes are very clean. I still had a couple of holes out of the 18 I drilled through some half inch plywood that splintered the top layer of plywood where the bit came through. It’s possible my backer board wasn’t snug enough with the piece I was drilling.

Superior to Standard Bradpoint Drill Bits

These bits definitely create cleaner holes with less tear out. The holes are uniform and the bits work well in end grain if required. I am definitely glad I purchased this set.
