Nice shorts

Although I struggled to sometimes understand the directions (American English?), this pattern makes a beautiful, nicely fitted pair of shorts at a good length for me. Making a muslin helped me improve the 2nd pair for wearing, and I have a new pair of sleep shorts. The belt loops were too short, so I must have done something wrong in cutting them. I have been sewing for many years and am now able to refine my skills - such a great finished product AND a free pattern. Thank you!

Exciting intermediate tailoring project with tailoring finesse

This is my first Bella Loves Patterns project and it absolutely lived up to expectations in terms of fit, instructions, and tailoring finesse: it must be my neatest sewing project ever, as every step in the instructions was just so clear, and I learned so many professional finishing touches! My only tiny remark is that at 1 cm seam allowance, the shorts don't leave much room for future alterations -- though luckily there is an elastic waistband!
