A Delicious and Calming Ritual

The teas are all delicious and the vibes really fit with the seasons of my cycle. I love the ritual of sitting down journaling and drinking my tea. Its the perfect daily reminder to be kind and gentle with me wherever in my cycle that may be.

I enjoy all the teas for taste reason as well as health benefits. I took many of these before and during pregnancy , so knew they helped symptoms , just didn’t have them all blended together , had to buy separately. So nice to have them all portioned into one bag and organized based off day of cycle. Thank you !
