This product has honestly been life changing for me. I have struggled with my cycle since high school & about 6-7 years ago I finally got diagnosed with PMDD. My husband and self included has seen a major shift in my mood & demeanor from the first 30 days of consistent use. I will say I am also on an SSRI which helps with my reactive state when I enter it, but over all the PMS Elixir has been the most beneficial. And the taste is AMAZING!! I currently have the tropical flavor. I overall live a healthy lifestyle. I workout 3-5 times a week, eat mainly whole foods, drink my water, and have minimal alcohol in my diet. I would do a testimonial video for this team of amazing women who created this product. I am so thankful and hope the results continue to stay long term. Thank you so much.

staying consistent

it’s definitely easier to stay consistent with a powder! i love it a lot! I think my only two negatives with it is that the powder gets kinda clumpy in water and that the lemon taste isn’t that great. Next time i will try the tropical.

I've enjoyed drinking it, it taste is yummy, easy to drink. My only thing I'm actively working o is to remember to drink it, most night I do, however, i have skipped a few nights when i forget.
