PoulTree Chicken Rod "The Perch" (DIY - No Skillet)

How simple and how useful! I got a new grill and my rotisserie attachment was too big. Didn’t use it enough to warrant a new one. This thing solved that problem right now! Thank you for a clever, USA made gadget!

Best thing since sliced bread!

I love my iron skillet and when I saw this PoulTree device I had to try it. FANTASTIC. I COOKED A 6 lb chicken in an hour and a half on my Weber gas grill. It was so tender and juicy because all the juices run to the breast. I threw broccoli in the skillet 20 minutes before it was done and they roasted in the chicken juices. It was so easy and delicious. My iron skillet is at least 60 years old as it was passed down to me from my Mother. It is seasoned to perfection so clean up was a breeze. So easy on the grill and no grill mess as the skillet sits right in the grates.

Cool invention!

My first time using this turned out well. The skin was crispy and the neat juicy. Looking forward to cooking with it again. Next up Cornish Hens!
