Good meat

I like this box for the variety you receive. However, I do not use the condiments that are sent as they tend to mask the flavor of the meat. I wish you would sell these boxes without the condiments.

This is a great package.

What would make it better is selling extra champagne mustard. That stuff is awesome. I don't like german style so any of your gifts or deals with that stuff is not worth the time. But when you start using more champagne mustard in your kits, we will probably order more often. the smoked bacon is very good with BLT's and Maple is fine with eggs. The ham had a mild flavor (we like mild flavor!) and have had ham steaks for dinner as plan to mix the rest in a ham cassorole. So versatile! But once your champagne mustard is gone, we lose interest. I HAVE WRITTEN ABOUT THIS FOR 2 or 3 YEARS NOW. OFFER THE CHAMPAGNE MUSTARD MORE OFTEN! or as a side we can buy.
