Very happy with this light fixture. I ordered it in grey, and the shades do have a somewhat shiny, reflective surface to them when not illuminated--more of a silvery grey than plain grey. My son broke one of the shades within hours of installation, and Scott was absolutely fantastic helping me order a replacement. I figured I'd just be buying a new fixture, but the customer service went beyond anything I expected. I'd give it six stars, if I could. Thanks!
