I Bought a Spare

Thank you for keeping me comfortable wearing your sling for the last 42 days, day and night, while I recover from rotator cuff repair. I think I will be needing it an additional 2 weeks and it's nice to wear a "clean" one after I go out. I don't remember the option of buying your S/M size with the second one. That size as a woman might have fit me better. The front shoulder strap to the sling: The velcro didn't close well. We think it doesn't have the opposing velcro finishes. All in all it is a great producr with a lot of thought put in it about patient comfort.

I called to find out about sizing. Oh my goodness. It was such a pleasure to speak with my sales associate. Not only was she able to answer, with knowledge, she actually helped me, saved me a bit with an open box item, and took care of entering the order and getting it to me ASAP. Cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond. Such a rarity with Customer Service these days. Thank you!!!

Comfortable support

I was given another sling at the hospital to go home in following rotator cuff surgery. It had a single Strap that pressed directly on my neck. I have severe cervical spine arthritis. The weight of my Arm pulling the strap against my cervical discs caused further problems of headache and lightheadedness. After doing research, I saw the Don Joy pro ultra sling. This is perfect. It moves the support off of my neck to my opposing shoulder. Very supportive. Very comfortable. Very easy to put on. The online videos are easy to follow. Very lightweight. So glad I got it. And thank you to Source Ortho for sending it overnight to me. It arrived and I was able to put it on immediately. I highly recommend this sling.
