Superbly flavored but tough.
The flavor of this bacon is smoky and superb. It's not overly salty and has a slight sweetness to it which is quite delicious. However, the slices have a lot of rind on the edge of them which makes them rather tough to eat quite, quite chewy. If you wanted a BLT sandwich ,it would not work for that. It would work best chopped and added to other things but we like our bacon on the side with our eggs so it was a disappointing experience. Again the flavor is superb and the saltiness just right but kind of tough to chew.
