Exactly what I was hoping for!
This ham has a beautifully rich, smokey flavor. We are enjoying it sliced on sandwiches. It is very moist and lean.

Too salty
Ordered the medium half bone in for Christmas and followed all instructions but it was too salty for anyone to eat. We had to toss as everyone was complaining, just out $57.50.

Just the right amount of smoke. Stayed juicy after cooking. Shipping seemed a bit slow but worth the wait.
