Shoulder pad issues, machine does it's job

The ice/water pump works as designed up to the connection point. It's nearly impossible to connect/disconnect one handed. The shoulder pad design doesn't fit very well. The cooling effect is diminished due to limited contact with the shoulder. Good machine that needs improvement at pad connection point plus a better fitting shoulder pad.
