My Basecamp pad is better than expected. Easy to install, robust protection, and it looks great! I am looking forward to ordering the seating and cooler attachments. I originally ordered the wrong-size pad, so I returned it for the correct size. I promptly received a follow-up call from Cache wanting to make sure they (and I) understood what I needed, and I had the replacement within a few days. I even received a compliment on the choice of truck I recently purchased. Flattery gets you everywhere with me. Seriously, in today's world, that one-on-one attention is refreshing. I feel like I received a great product for a reasonable price made by a company that cares. Thanks!
