Great staff
I don't know a great deal about kitchen knives, so I had a lot of questions for Isabell (not sure of spelling!), who was extremely patient and helpful. The knife is beautiful, works great and I'm very happy with it. Thank you!

Nakiri Silver Steel #3 Nashiji Olive Handle 165mm
We visited the store initially planned to purchase a bread knife. The store staff, Anna, explained bread knife wasn't a common item in Japan. We ended up purchasing the Nakiri Silver Steel #3, have been using it for a few days, love the handle and the feel. Anna was not pushy. She explained the differences between different models as well as pros and cons of each model, then gave us time and space to pick our choice. As we didn't shop around, not certain if price was competitive. The store also offers tax refund to tourists. Overall, purchase experience was wonderful.

Awesome shop, awesome knives, awesome staff!
Wonderful shop with an amazing knife selection, but the best part of my experience was the staff assisting me. Vallentin (I’m very sure I’ve butchered the spelling here) and the very beautiful girl with the awesome nails and long black hair (I’m so sorry I forgot your name). They were both incredibly helpful and fun; Vallentin even made me adjust the positioning at all knives for the FREE laser engraving and made sure that my name in katakana was spelled correctly! I ended up buying 3 knives in 3 days and I definitely wouldn’t have done that if it wasn’t for the staff. Thank you all so much, that was literally one of the highlights of my first trip to Japan! I wish we had taken a picture together ᴖ̈ I hope I’ll get to see you again on my second trip! Lots of love, Dimo Bear.
